Why we’re building Vyolet

Useful information.
A more personal place to begin.

There’s a lot of information about perimenopause and menopause. Finding a way into it that feels relevant to everyday life can be harder.

We’re a new independent business building a calm space to bring your experiences, priorities and educational guidance together. This is an early version of Vyolet, and we’re listening closely to what people find useful.

We’re clear about our limits: Vyolet doesn’t diagnose, prescribe or replace medical care. Independent clinical review is still pending.

A few things you might be wondering

Before you begin.

Is this for perimenopause or menopause?

Both, including the time after menopause. You can also say you’re unsure. Many experiences overlap, but your stage does not explain every symptom. The quiz helps organise what you’ve noticed; it cannot diagnose your stage or establish a cause. A healthcare professional can help you explore those questions.

What’s free, and what costs £29?

The quiz and your personal overview are free. You’ll give an email address before viewing your overview. Full dashboard, learning chapter, plan and printable summary access is an optional £29 one-time purchase, including applicable tax.

Do I need an account before taking the quiz?

No. You can take the quiz without signing in. Your answers stay in this browser tab while you complete it. If you choose full access, you’ll verify your checkout email and set up or sign into your account after checkout.

Does my access end after 14 days?

No. The plan has 14 starting steps, but your purchase has no scheduled access expiry. You can pause, repeat a step and return to the chapters and your saved notes. There is no subscription.

How do you look after my answers?

With your consent, your answers stay in this browser tab during the quiz and checkout. After you sign in, they can be saved to your account. We don’t send health answers to advertising platforms or Stripe. Read our privacy information for storage, consent and deletion details.

Is Vyolet medical advice?

Vyolet provides educational information and original planning prompts. It isn’t a diagnostic tool or a validated treatment programme, and it doesn’t guarantee symptom improvement. Persistent, worsening or concerning symptoms deserve professional advice.
